It's your interpretation.
And if you aim to be the link police, I could but won't point out a few dozen forbidden ones you've missed.
My recommendation is to either hit abuse on that post, yourself, or just drop it. Same for in the future. No need to announce it, discussion just creates (minor) distraction in the thread.
Your argument is as usual much much better than mine. *sigh* I will never win will I?
I just frmail everybody the direct link to the current bread. They’re goin’ to 8ch; ain’t nuthin the thread cops can do ‘bout it. They might even glimpse - gasp! - sustainable bewbs.
I’m sorry I didn’t mention the help I receive watching out for 8ch links earlier - I could have saved us some stress.
I am concerned with 8ch links and some FReepers know this and let me know when they see them, or ask FReeQs to remove them. I always thank FReepers for helping me with this. As you’ve probably heard me say, early on we had all our threads deleted without warning because a troll reported that we were posting 8ch. I received an email from the Admin instructing me to stop posting Q threads and thanking me. The only way our threads were reinstated was because I said I do not post 8ch links.
SO - this makes me really twitchy. We wouldn’t receive a warning, they’d be just “gone” if we become lax with 8ch links. I’ve seen some FReeQs post a portion of 8ch links and I’ve asked Admin about it, but I don’t receive responses to questions - I’d have to check to see if the post was gone to know what the “rule” is.
I see that Yo-Yo’s post is gone, therefore posting the link with a space in it does not meet FR standards.
As I said, I wish I had let people know earlier that some FReepers assist me by letting me know about 8ch links. Honeysuckle does caution people on my behalf - I meant to let people know and forgot. I am sorry. I do appreciate her help. I also appreciate those who contribute to our threads with links, so regret that 8ch links are a limiting factor here.
It’s not personal, it’s not being “hall monitor”, it’s thread protection and I appreciate it. I always thank HoneysuckleTN and others who let me know. We really don’t enjoy watching for this, it just comes with the thread maintenance task.
I do regret that it has caused stress.
