Defense of the FISA warrant application contents is getting weaker too. I'm thinking of the argument that the court wasn't misled, that the warrant application was sufficient and not in the least misleading.
I notice Ohr testimony (if we accept 4chan's anon) includes a statement that at least one FISA judge was in on it.
I assume that Ohr himself has and states some mistaken notions, even if he is trying to be perfectly truthful. Not saying the FISA court is on the up and up, I assume parts of it are corrupt. Just saying the fact of the matter is likely not "extreme" either way.
The closed door hearing is a means to facilitate scripting the public show.
Congress never tells the whole truth. It is a failed institution. One example, ZERO questions about the effect of "dual citizenship at birth" vs. Natural Born Citizen clause in the constitution. Not even discussed. That tells me the institution is not for the US, it is made up by globalists, and it is for the globalists first.
