Maybe Q is predicting here that Cindy and Meghan are NOT repeat NOT going to get the Senate seat, which would have been his fondest hope.
I’m kind of now leaning toward the theory that the man’s been dead over a month, that it was his handlers that decided or coordinated with the derps to release it when they did, it was the White Hats that intercepted the communication so they could put out the little hints that they did.

On Fox News at night with Shannon Bream, Peter Ducey reported that some were talking about Cindy or Meghan, but that McCain was heard to say he would like a Hispanic woman to get his seat......hmmm
And he was close with the governor.
