This would be pretty easily dealt with by identifying the cabal/Illuminati/deep state or whatever it’s actual designation is and declaring war on it and it’s associates and surrogates.
Didn’t POTUS pretty much do that in his Dec Exec Order declaring a National Emergency to do exactly that?
