Yep, but I think his contract ended in 2015. That’s not to say he didn’t sign another contract but yes it is true.

One of my considerations on "Crossfire Hurricane" is that PS + JC + JB et. al. screwed up and used their standard ops and standard mo's, etc. - because that's who they had and what they know/knew ... and they never thought she would lose. When considering what RR & the Mule have been doing all this time, whether white hat or black hat, they could be digging in deep or sustaining their firewall(s) - TBD ;)
