Todd Madison is an associate managing director with K2 Intelligences Strategic Risk & Security and Private Client Services practices. With more than 25 years of experience with the United States Secret Service, most recently at the executive level, Todd uses his expertise to assist clients in developing productive, safe, and secure work environments and public arenas, incorporating technology systems into professional settings, executive protection, workplace safety, risk management, and home security assessments. His experience includes making security arrangements for high-profile events involving the President of the United States, members of Congress, and foreign heads of state. Todd also has expertise in leading global investigations into financial crimes, network intrusions, identity theft, information security, and threats and terrorism on a global scale.
Todd joins K2 Intelligence from the United States Secret Service. He most recently served as Special Agent in Charge of protecting 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, where he directly supervised all personnel assigned to the detail, developed and implemented all tactical security arrangements for domestic and foreign travel, and identified and addressed security and personnel issues. Todd served as Deputy Agent in Charge of former United States President William Clintons Protective Division, providing budgetary and administrative oversight and directing program directorates for the division. He implemented global security plans for private-sector economic development and provided security consulting for crisis management planning. He also managed the design, development, and implementation of physical and technical security technologies, and oversaw and reviewed domestic and foreign protective matters for all venues.
Earlier in his United States Secret Service career, Todd planned security and contingency arrangements for large-scale events in the New York Metro area and led complex investigations involving counterfeiting, credit card fraud, and bank fraud. He represented the agency in the United Kingdom and Western Europe, where he established relationships with the host countries law enforcement and intelligence heads of agency and served as a member of the Ambassadors Emergency Security Council Team, the Law Enforcement Working Group, and the Overseas Security Advisory Council. Most notably, Todd collaborated with foreign law enforcement agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and U.S. Embassy Diplomatic Communities on the planning of the G-8 Summit held in Scotland.
Todd has received multiple commendation awards for his service with the United States Secret Service, including from the Deputy Director of the United States Secret Service, for major event operational security plans (2011); Director of the United States Secret Service, for protective operational security plan for foreign president visit (2010); City of London Police, United Kingdom; Metropolitan Police, United Kingdom; Serious Organized Crime Agency, United Kingdom (2008); President Bush, for protective operational security plans post 9/11 (2001); Assistant Director of the United States Secret Service, for proactive operational security plans for President Ford (1997); and International Fraud Symposium, for a presentation on Nigerian transnational criminal networks (1997).
Todd received his B.S. in marketing from West Chester University and completed courses at Northwestern University in reconstruction and traffic accident investigations.

Well it certainly looks like he was qualified to work for the cabal. This guy was only forty-nine. He died December 2017 and we are just now hearing of it. Why now?

I just noticed this line. Except for this mention of Northwestern University, none of his detailed LinkedIn timeline shows that he ever spent time in Chicago. There's no gap in the timeline for this to fit in. This would have had to have been early in his career, so perhaps while he was a police officer in Berwyn, PA.
