I am looking to switch over a few email accounts to more secure providers. Any suggestions?

Protonmail
All the other systems have internal back doors which could allow admins to read and monitor email.
Even Protonmail can’t read your email.
Plus the servers are not in the USA so they are beyond legal attacks.

Get your own domain name and a low cost hosting package. My domain name runs $5/month about $24 once a year for name renewal and privacy package.
totalchoicehosting.com is the best.

I started using Protonmail about a month ago.
From what I have read, Protonmail is the best secure e-mail program out there.

The free one You have to login every 2 weeks or they lock it and want $50.00 to get it back open.
I found this out after going through Emergency Surgery on 12/25/16 for a ruptured intestine and while in recovery I tore my internal stitches and went back to surgery to fix that on 01/01/17 and then was put into an Induced Coma for 2 weeks and several weeks after they brought Me out of the Coma I tried to check E-Mails and couldnt. Thats when they wanted $50.00 no matter what. I had nothing in there worth the $50.00.
There is NO SUCH THING AS SECURE E-MAIL DUE TO NSA BS.
Use a stone tablet and chisel.

Sorry to hear of your health problems. You must have felt like Rip Van Winkle making it through all of that. Blessing, no stressing.

I suggest Reagan.com runs $40 a year very good. Have had them for 10 years no problems...
