North Carolina State Highway Patrol said somebody sent them the seven-minute YouTube clip as part of a complaint.
The video shows Jefferson in his Dodge Challenger “Hellcat” driving nearly 130 mph over the speed limit on US-1. In addition, the video shows Jefferson take the car over 100 in a 40 mph zone.

NE Florida used to have lots of drag strips, but now they are all gone except one. Noise complaints took them all down. The remaining one is so crowded that you might get to make 2 passes in a day. But now we need them more than ever since even 4 door sedans have 250+ HP and ride so well that even an idiot feels safe doing 100+ mph.
