Boomer, why did the owner have three if these dogs? Could any criminality be involved? And why do I think the owner didn’t get them and/or their sire/s and/or dam/s from a licensed breeder.

Why should anyone have to get any dog from a Puppy Mill? They are a big part of the problem with dog overpopulation and why so many wonderful dogs are euthanized every year.
You ask questions about facts not in evidence which is why these stories are always so worthless. They only give one small side of the story and not the most important parts. Why were these dogs allowed to roam free? Why were they so aggressive and feral? The Pittie haters will have you believe they are all like that. Not true. Should the owner be brought up on charges? Maybe but some intent will need to be shown. Did the person who was attacked ever provoke these dogs while walking by the fence where they lived thinking they would never have to worry about being attacked by them?
These stories always leave me with more questions than answers because they are designed to elicit fear and hate; nothing more. They aren’t even news on the national level. Question the posters motives for posting this stuff. I guarantee you it has more to do with her cynophobic mental illness than any altruism she my virtue signal.
