I’ve spent some time reading the sections of the Courts-Martial amendments that are to be implemented Jan 2019 (Drop #1926). They appear to originate in December of 2016 (Obama in power but he knew he lost) and were delayed in 2017 and 2018. I don’t know if they will ever be implemented - I note that they include a requirement for a reduction of the number of flag officers and generals - something Obama would have loved. I then read through parts of the Courts-Martial documents in force now.

Around page 28 there’s this:

(i) General courts-martial may try any person who by the law of war is subject to trial
by military tribunal for any crime or offense against:
(a) The law of war; or
(b) The law of the territory occupied as an incident of war or belligerency
whenever the local civil authority is superseded in whole or part by the military authority of the
occupying power. The law of the occupied territory includes the local criminal law as adopted
or modified by competent authority, and the proclamations, ordinances, regulations, or orders
promulgated by competent authority of the occupying power.
(ii) When a general court-martial exercises jurisdiction under the law of war, it may
adjudge any punishment permitted by the law of war.

So I looked up the Law of War manual:

I’ve skimmed through the first 115 pages, reading sections of interest. I am satisfied it is a very robust document which has been cultivated to address diverse situations including ours.

The document applies the law of war to one group denying sovereignty to another, to a state in conflict with rebels domestic (when it exceeds riot conditions) and foreign agents, when war was never declared (Geneva convention still applies-therefore law of war still applies).

No single section of the Law of War document is the basis of my opinion - I called out too many sections in my notes to provide and they would then removed from context so I don’t see the point of posting them. Basically - it’s my opinion that Q cited the 2018 Courts-Martial document in drop #1926 because it DOES apply to our current situation and the reading I’ve done amply supports that opinion.

I think one reason, among others, that situations like ours (coup attempt/war) civilian courts are not appropriate to hear cases is because the aggressors (Deep State) are bound by the Geneva convention and can be charged with violating the Geneva convention in their conduct; civilian courts (unlike military tribunals) are not prepared in advance to hear those claims.

Your previous point that Trump isn't going to do something that results in riots was an excellent point, and one I've made before, and one that Q has alluded two in one of his posts where he said "there will be no civil war".

Posting blind here, sliding the thread, apologies for that but I’m combining my slide with a reminder to call your slimy legislators about anything you feel is important. They do work for us.

I had asked many of you to pray for a medical situation as a result of one of my sons-in-law’s service in Iraq. I had a long conversation yesterday and received a lot of good news about improvements to our VA.

In our case this was 2 fold. 1) Being referred to a specialist outside the VA medical system and 2) A change in personnel in higher ranks with new orders to stop forced early retirement because of the illness. The early retirement was going to result in loss of insurance and VA care. They are now processing paperwork to insure that my son-in-law continues to receive the care and treatment he needs.

Overall this is answered prayer. It’s also a credit to one of our state senators on my regular call list. The Senator is a disabled vet himself and went the extra mile for us. A good reason for all to keep calling those critters!

I don't know if you remember but a few weeks ago I did a lot of research on the conditions under which one can use military tribunals and came up with the same points you make: it's for "war", broadly defined.

The USA's history with it (which is what I was investigating) happened towards the end of the Civil War, and eventually Lincoln was rebuked because he was applying it too broadly.

The operative idea was the same as you have called out in the section (i)(b)whenever the local civil authority is superseded in whole or part by the military authority of the occupying power The US Supreme Court's finding was that the US Court system was still functioning (in the North) even during the Civil War, so arresting civilians and trying them under military law was not warranted.

I would say that if the Justice Department is fully compromised, and the FBI is fully compromised, then you don't have the ability to try people in Civilian Courts any longer. (No prosecutors or investigators who are not tainted).

Let's see, we've had:

The head of the FBI fired for cause by the POTUS.
The acting head of the DoJ fired for insubordination by the POTUS
The #2 at the FBI fired for cause by the AG.
The head of Counter Intel at FBI fired for cause.
A number of other very high ranking DOJ admins resign under a cloud.
A number of other very high ranking FBI admins resign under a cloud.
Difficulty in backfilling, due to Democratic obstructionism in the Senate.

And of course, we haven't even got to the corrupt judges, god forbid some are on the US Supreme Court.

So, another 30 top ranking DOJ employees go the same route and the conditions for military tribunals we both discovered in our research could be met, that is: breakdown in the civilian legal authority.

But by Monday night her claims were quickly unraveling. True Pundit reported D.C. Metro Police said an Intel drop by Conservative journalist Matt Couch placing Brazile and the D.C. mayor at the hospital after Rich was shot, was indeed accurate.

And on Tuesday, federal law enforcement sources said Brazile’s social media posts from July 10, 2016 — the day Rich was killed — were made from the Beltway, Not Seattle as Brazile has claimed. Brazile claimed Monday that she was on a west coast trip the day Rich was gunned down in the streets of D.C. at 4:19 a.m.

But sources said FAA records show Brazile boarded a Dulles International Airport flight on July 10th some 12 hours after the Rich murder. Brazile flew direct to Seattle (SEA-TAC) from D.C., records also show.

Even one of Brazile’s Tweets shows her geo-location in Arlington, VA on the afternoon of July 10 just prior to the flight.

Brazile spent Monday hammering Couch, Tweeting and commissioning her lawyers to attack him based on the claim that she wasn’t even in D.C. at the time of the Rich murder. Strangely, she did not overtly deny being at the hospital, however.

But Brazile’s departure from the Beltway was 12 hours after Rich was murdered, a fact Couch hammered home during Monday night on Periscope.

I’m glad she brought it in, because imho, it is quite a find. The link tells the stories of what REALLY happened at Benghazi, but also the history and the current state of affairs in the Las Vegas massacre last fall.

In addition to telling the stories, I will be interested to see if other FReeQs will think, as I do, that we may be hearing more from these two sources of Investigative journalism. Part 1: overview

Part 2: discussion of the resources at the command of the White Hat’s Paladin and the Chicago Crititcal Post supporting their efforts to report the news properly with integrity.
Gets into discussion of the LV event having to do with seeking to promote debate/discussion about firearms control/confiscation, multiple shooters confirmed, but details not completely nailed down. Estimates now are between 5-20 bad guys.
Motives - Soros and others sold or shorted stocks beforehand. If gun control/security increases were brought in, then those companies would benefit from such a false flag.
White Hat says from beginning something went wrong with the FF operation. In some ways appears to be a drill. Lots of contradictions. Was it a drill gone bad?
Do companies need to be investigated, ie stock sales, etc.? Also a discussion of the hiring of crisis actors for drill purposes and need to investigate that aspect as well. Not being able to rely on the info being released by LVPD per court order. Contradictory.
LV was originator of surveillance, yet we do not have the information that should be available… and solid ballistics not available. - Conclusion is that the narrative does not match the evidence.
Makes point that not only is the MSM obviously infiltrated, but many aspects of the alternative media have also been infiltrated. This network seeking to re-establish the integrity to be looked to as a source that has the expertise to be able to have technical abilities and discipline to truly perform investigative journalism.

Part 3: - Autopsies
In January - redacted ones were released. Used several autopsy facilities, some from outside the area. Chain of evidence discussion.
42 of 58 did not have proper tagging. Other problems with descriptions. 38 of 58 were fingerprinted. Some did not receive date of death, some did not get time of death. Other irregularities discussed. Only 25 of 58 did not have internal exams. Ie, not full exams. Rigor mortis - only half had it described. Most done within 72 hours or so. Rigor timing is questionable.

Part 4 - Paddock’s Autopsy
Eye color, hight, report varies with other descriptions from life. Date/Time of death irregularities. Paddock stated to be dead noon on 2nd, but other reports show he had to be dead on 1st. His ID confirmed by fingerprints - problem with that: supposedly had not had official fingerprints done. Why did they have fingerprints for match? Cremated the body. So chain and preservation of evidence has been destroyed.

Part 5 - FIT Report, Preliminary,
81 pages, text, timelines, lists, and pix. (Force Investigation Team) - Officer involved shooting is why it is done by the Internal Affairs instead of the Homicide division.
Timeline discussion - room service receipts, check in times, receipts, baggage, valet, etc. He had 3 rooms at the Ogden (hotel). Rifle purchase time.
Victim names, locations in the venue.
Discussion/description of the hotel rooms, and evidence
Pictures
Discussion of bullet strike on tank - some think impossible shot came from the Paddock location room 135/134. Some hold shots had to come from a lower elevation than Paddock’s room. But one of Paladin’s team indicates it could be possible to fire the tank shot from Paddock’s location.

Part 6 - Evidentiary releases.
Suits filed for the release of evidentiary results from Lombardo. He has been releasing info over past few months - various forms of evidence - 911 calls, radio traffic, police helicopter footage, etc.
Witness statements, body cam footage. Interviews of concert attendees, hotel employees, people who knew Paddock, Campos, Huber driver - drove Paddock. One lady alleges she saw Paddock in an IHOP talking with a middle eastern man about Ruby Ridge, taking away guns, and other such topics, but other witness reports show him somewhere else at that time. And other sightings reported.
Heli cam and some body cam images do not have time stamps. Some audio has been blanked out. Lots of redactions.

Part 7 - Paddock Family
Paladin and his team at White Hat have done a deep dive on that family. Father was a bank robber. Escaped from prison when Steven was small. Brothers traced and discussed in this clip. Steven grew up in LA County. Worked for PO and IRS. 1988 He started selling / investing real estate. Sharon and Peggy are the wives. Peggy still uses last name, and they find no record of divorce. He had plane license and plane. Peggy also had pilot license.
Narrative says they were divorced. She also was involved with him in real estate investments. Media camped out in front of her house after the LV event - sheriff deputy states that she had not had any contact with Steven since divorce. Other reports have her saying she had been in contact with him. Truth is yet to be determined.
Bruce Paddock’s interviews with Jim Breslow of Hidden Truth show Bruce was a mechanic.His statement all over the map. Owner of the garage he used found some of Bruce’s pedo/porno materials. Bruce arrested on 19 counts of pedophilia. Those 19 counts dropped (statute of limitations) - he was going to trial on another charge, but when it was supposed to go to trial, the charge was dropped. Paladin thinks they are trying to exercise leverage on Bruce, because that final charge could be resurrected at any time.
Discussion of other brothers’ activities. Not much info on brother Patrick Benjamin Paddock II. “Patrick Benjamin Paddock was an alias of Steve’s father.....so one of Paddock Sr’s boys is named for one of his aliases.

Part 8 - Court Cases
Mother waived her rights to Steve’s estate, so law suits arose. She stated she wanted the money to go to the victims. In the course of events, there was a subpoena to a bank for what was thought to hold a large account. The bank did not respond. The reason eventually was stated to be that the account was closed. Had thought initially his estate was 5 million down to the value of his two houses. Paladin states that the experts who give these estate estimates are not known to us. He had a lot of assets, but it doesn’t appear that those are being pursued and that the victims are basically being whickered out of the funds.
For some reason there is now a suit filed against the victims in federal court, based on a 911 safety act. Event has to be declared a terrorist attack to make that law activated. LVNPD tried to stress initially it was NOT a terrorist attack.
Paladin wonders if there will be a conclusion the end of the process if the event will be declared a “terrorist attack.”

Part 9 - Current status
Waiting for the Final report from LVNPD in August. The FBI report should be out by October.
He speculates that the FBI will portray Paddock as an “angry white man,” and we’ll hear a lot of psycho babble based on brain analysis etc.
Paladin states that Lombardo has done an excellent job at obscuring the evidentiary releases with redactions and confused details. Sometimes info released and then other relevant material to that release is released later. So you get incomplete data.... then weeks later more comes available, and have to wade through a huge pile of data to correlate.
There were two separated incidents: The concert venue/hotel Mandalay Bay was one, and the second simultaneous to that was located at Giles and Ali Baba. The second even was later on the strip.
Then there is radio traffic of reports of shots along the strip starting about 11:00 - AFTER the Mandalay/Giles events. 911 calls coming in indicate the callers are in hiding. So shooters are not at Mandalay/concert venue.
Strip was locked down until early the next morning. If Paddock, the threat, had been neutralized, why close down the strip? Businesses stood to lose a lot of money by not being open, and yet they weren’t.
They continue to track the law suits - especially the one where victims are being sued.
They are still awaiting the LVNPD’s and FBI’s reports.

Did you ever stop and think that "That's all (you're) seeing right now!" is all that they want you to see right now?

Yes, every day. That's the assumption I make. Other people are more focused on "this is what we will see", which I am very appreciative for their work to bring that forward, and I agree that 'what we will see' is a big focus of Q.

But I still think it's ok to note "this is what we have so far".

Q tells us over and over that Huber is a large part of the plan.

Are you trying to tell us that Q is bogus?

No, of course not! Because he is a large part of the plan we should watch him carefully for other clues. His approach in the drug case is fascinating. Some one ODs. This happens a lot in the USA. In 2017 there were 30,000 OD deaths. Let's say 15% are people ODing on prescriptions (probably not that many). That means that for every one of the OTHER 25,000 ODs there should be a criminal conviction of the person or person who gave them the drugs.

This has not happened routinely ever in the USA.

Huber's not just sleep walking through his job, he's acting like a good QA engineer and saying "what is the root cause of this (OD death).

So, it is because Q has told us Huber is important that I want to closely watch him (use Google Alerts), and report back to the team when I find activity of his.

"That's all I got" certainly doesn't mean "that's all there is", it' means that's all we're being shown right now.

Losing or winning? It's a war it goes back and forth. The biggest win lately (for me) was the Wolfe indictment, and the idea that Papadopoulos might withdraw his guilty plea makes me really excited.

The Manafort conviction was sort of meaningless, though it will be trumpeted by the Left as a bid deal.

The Cohen case? Well it's interesting that A) Mueller gave it to SDNY to bring to closure and B) the guilty plea doesn't include an agreement for him to cooperate (inform on Trump).

So, in both cases what do you really have? Trump hired some high powered guys, and they were crooks.

Manafort had worked for all sorts of other politicians, going back to Ford. He is the poster child for the GOPe -- so even the respected uncles of the GOPe are corrupt, NY developers are corrupt, NY lawyers are corrupt, NY Taxi companies are corrupt -- I AM SHOCKED, SHOCKED THAT THERE IS GAMBLING GOING ON HERE !! -- To some extent it's starting to look like Trump was the only honest guy in the high-flying City of New York real estate industry.

It's like saying "Trump employed mobbed up unions".

Well, there is no other kind in NYC, so of course he did because it's illegal (literally) to build with non-Union labor in NYC.

The law required him to hire criminals, the culture was full of criminals.

So Muller got his convictions today, but they are hollow, like so much of his stuff.

I still think it's good to keep track of. I am "Jack of the Charts", after all.

And, of course I fully expect you to trust Q over me!
