I heard that the host who was accused of battering his ex-girlfriend cried when he was reinstated on the Talking Dead.
( For less fawning, I listen to a podcast by a couple of Canadian guys also called and first named The Talking Dead.)

Wrong show. Rick is on The Walking Dead. This is Fear the Walking Dead. There are some crossovers, but Rick isn't one of them.
Rick is gone during this upcoming season of The Walking Dead. Nobody knows if they kill him off or he just leaves. Much different storyline coming up. War is over, and they have the Zombies under control. It will be about growing and living.
I think it will be interesting. I’m sure there will be enough blood and guts and drama to keep it interesting.
My kids and wife get real involved with the characters. “About time she died!!! If they kill off XXX I’m NEVER watching another show.”
Jeez - it’s just a TV show! And it’s not even realistic. I mean - the gas for their cars is still good after 6 years!!?? Hmm. Maybe this year will be finding more sustainable transportation. They say there will be a LOT of horseback riding. So maybe they are trying to be a bit more “realistic”.

Everyone came to his defense and called BS. It sounds like he wasn’t the D bag the girlfriend said.
It must have been quite an emotional trip. And these days few men survive the MeToo stuff with their lives.
I gave him a pass.
2nd episode back was better. They were trying to make you feel sorry for Charlie. Nice try, but I still don’t like her.
He may or may not be killed off. I saw in TV Guide that the character Shane will return sometime in the next part of The Walking Dead. Not sure if he will be a ghost or a dream sequence.
I’m really starting to like this show now that the druggie is gone. I didn’t really care for Madison either.
