FULL TITLE: White House explodes at Omarosa's 'lack of character and integrity' by threatening national security and smuggling her smartphone into secure Situation Room to record her own firing
Nine hours after former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman shocked the political world with an audiotape of her own firing made in the ultra-secure Situation Room, the Trump administration fired back at the former reality TV star.
'The very idea a staff member would sneak a recording device into the White House Situation Room, shows a blatant disregard for our national security – and then to brag about it on national television further proves the lack of character and integrity of this disgruntled former White House employee,' Trump's press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a dinnertime statement.
Manigault Newman gave the audio to NBC News, which broadcast it during its 'Meet the Press' interview with the explosive onetime Trump booster. It includes a voice identified as White House Chief of Staff John Kelly telling her that 'serious integrity violations' had left her without a job.
Kelly tells her in the audio that the issues surrounded money and the improper use of government vehicles. He can be heard denying a request for her to speak with president about her dismissal, which he said was non-negotiable.

Is it simply to keep her name in the news for a few more minutes? Is she selling a book? She’s ruined herself forever in politics and government, as well as opening herself up to quite serious prosecution.
There’s nothing at all scandalous in the records I have heard. It was all done by the book. I listened intently, because I was wondering if how they fired people in the White House differed from firings in the real world (it does not).
If only we had a person designated to enforce the law in America. Like a “head prosecutor” or an “attorney general” or something like that.

With her past record of deception and disloyalty, what is the chance that the meeting was held in the situation room with the clear expectation that she would try something like this. She was placed in the position of keeping her mouth shut or admitting to a crime. She chose unwisely.
Charge her for security violations and for whatever her integrity violations were. What a weasel. I am getting tired of all these disloyal Americans getting away with their underhanded schemes trying to destroy the progress America is making thanks to President Trump.
No doubt Javanka and Junior are telling Trump; “You see, we were right. She’s rotten to the core. Everyone could see it but you. You thought you could tame her. Now, we have to finish changing all the locks and all the codes.”
