I presume that is sourced to George Webb and his belief that Strzok was heading a gun running operation to include Page + Papadopoulos
It seems like they could fire Strzok for reporting in the FISA the “immediate” actions taken to examine the Weiner laptop prior to the election, only to have the FBI Vault proving Strzok submitted the laptop for forensic evaluation the day AFTER the election. Maybe the black hats get to choose the stated reasoning for firing him?
