Yesterday, we had a thread on the events in Charlottesville that was based on a Townhall article by a writer named Arthur Schaper, who I've never heard of.
I wrote a pretty detailed response about how I disagreed with his tactic of his (and others), of calling the antifa "Fascists". In contrast I think it is important to call them what they are, which is "Communists".
As part of the proof points for my position I offered two images, and explained the origin of the older one, the original logo for "Antifashistische Aktion", a 1930s German Communist offshoot. Here are the two images I used in my post:
My comment on these images:
This 1930's logo of Antifaschistische Aktion, the Communist street fighting group has been slightly updated to be used by today's Communist street-fighting group, the antifa. So, not only are the images identical, but the point being made about them is identical.
Now, I'm not claiming I found some great break-through and discovered this fact. In fact I may have seen the meme that Q posted a while ago, it circulated on Twitter a about 18 months ago (per Google image search), and I may have seen it then, though I didn't save it or retweet it if I did.
It seems likely that Freeper Matt Bracken, whose Twitter I subscribe to, has posted something like it on Twitter in the last year.
Sill, I find it interesting that this appears only a day after it was put out on the Free Republic thread, and is used to make the same point: that the antifa are Communists.
Anyone else notice anything like this that might lead you to think Q monitors Free Repulic (or, maybe even is an active Freeper)?
