Could be - the Aug 2nd Q drop saying something big was about to drop didn’t say the date on which it would drop so a FISA release would still fit the bill nicely! Wish we could see photographs of Strzok when he was fired - did he do that little snake dance/shoulder shimmy like he did at the hearings? This must rattle his peers. Good times!
