Asking for arbitration is not filing charges. It’s filing a civil matter.

What you would expect a President to do normally is have the feds kick in her door at 3am and take her into custody for violation of national security. A guy went to jail for taking a picture on a sub. Seriously? Something weird about how they’re handling this.

Omarosa was never made privy to a national secret, is my sense. She was taken to a conference room that is sometimes used as a SCIF, to get her temination notice. No national security breach on account of her recording the event, even though the event took place in a venue that can be made “tight” against leaks. No need to make it “tight” for firing Omarosa.
