Thought I had seen it used in a Q drop before. Don't think password to tripcode is what Q is talking about on the recent drop, makes me wonder if it has something to do with illegal activities at these islands.

I think he meant that people travel to that islands to fish for people, i.e., it is a listening post or some other secret kind of facility. Or a place to lure people.
