2. Hightlight the text you want.
3. Hit CTRL+C or copy on right mouse
4. Type < pre> without the space between the bracket and the p
5. Hit CTRL+V or paste using right mouse
6. Close with < /pre> without the space between bracket and p
That will paste Q's text as written, and you don't have to format.
