Tracy Beanz notes there is an interesting precedent established by the DNC serving Wikileaks via Twitter - does that establish that the Twitter platform is a “public square”? If/as so there are implications!

Indeed. If its the public square, then the constitutional right to free speech MUST exist. Which means that WE, the People, can not be denied our voice.
