Am not quite sure how you want that interpreted. Castration would have worked on any other dad as well as a white dad. She’s ranting irrationally and outrageously about castrating men in general to make the streets safer. Personally, I think the world would have been a better place had her dad been castrated before she was conceived.
I don't know that it needs to be interpreted at all. She's whiter than I am (with my redneck tan) and I'm sure her father is as well.
