That BM is clearly Bob. Bob Mueller. I checked and RM has never been used before other than for "Room" i.e. WH SIT RM I believe it was.

I think it's tied to HRC campaign or DNC because it's on this line with JP (John Podesta) & DWS (Debbie Wasserman Schultz):
