Interesting - I did not think that 45 could declassify 44’s National Security Orders! Sounds like they could be coming, too ... nobody, so far, that I know of, has asked for them to be!
Seems like they have been playing the NSOs pretty close to the vest or we are reading this wrong and they are taking a different tact.

Was 44 ever official? Didn’t Pelosi’s Hawaii affidavit certifying 44 have something missing or changed in it?
He can declassify anything for any reason and no one can question his action.
There is no difference between a President declassifying one of his orders and that of a predecessor.
