Do we know that he did? If the plane could have been controlled remotely, would he even been on the plane? I'd like to hear from a coworker that should have seen him backing the plane up. Or the tower comms from when the plane first started rolling. Have there been any reports from the other aircraft he cut in front of to take off? Just throwing some questions out there.
