All my jails (3 county) do it. And no, I don't know that because I accepted their hospitality. I was there in a professional capacity. So I think there should be an uniform policy.

Our local jail has had about 4 high profile suicides in the past few years. Bedsheets, every one. And the families are suing the jail...unsuccessful thus far. Ridiculous.
