Actually, the order went to Comey, that he preserve any records he retained (stole from the FBI), and that order is in the context of a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. Two orders, one from the FBI is about a week old, and one from the court doesn't appear on the docket as of yesterday, so I assume it was issued today.
