No big project here, no bunny holes. This is a public service announcement.
Sebring, the shooter, had a pistol and a rifle. He was arrested for assault(?) and for sure(!) carrying a concealed weapon. He is a Democrat who follows 0vomit on Twitter.
Sebring shot Stephens (at Stephens house)in the keister as Stephens ran away. Sebring (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant) drove from his house to Stephens’ house after a disagreement on Facebook (or, as I call it, the Book of Faces).
It was a political argument gone way bad.
Lessons to be learned:
Not every moron should be allowed to have guns.
An argument on the Book of Faces is just 0s and 1s. It is not really reality.
No doctrine applies here. Florida has recently made the news with some rather iffy calls on their “Stand Your Ground” law. Sebring, the defendant, went to the victim’s house....he was the aggressor.
Stupid is as stupid does.
One bright note, however. The victim, Mr. Stephens, is a convicted felon. He didn’t have any firearms...cos convicts arent’ allowed to own guns. He’s winning!! I hope he gets a huge check from the Defendant’s insurance company. I hope the Defendant gets punished to the max.
Moral of the story:
See? Your momma told you not to talk to Democrats about politics!
