Like I said in my original post, I don’t think the picture is fully in focus yet.
HR 5181 was not funded earlier. Either this has recently been co-opted for Q, or it is still the Cabal’s tool.
Q probably had to start as perhaps a fully Military Intelligence driven Operation as part of a response to our national emergency.
And the recent progress (and trip changes) moves Q at this time in the plan to an HR 5181 operation, or Q remains MI and this is still the Cabal’s tool.
I’m even wondering if HR 5181 was ALSO another last minute attempt by the Cabal and the exiting administration, to plant yet ANOTHER Insurance Policy.
