A little more detail would help, like expressing WHAT argument Concord made that Manafort didn't.
I'd study the various briefs in more detail, but am up to my neck in paying work.
I was just pointing out that Manfort HAD advanced some dismissal and suppression motions, and had not been roughly mute on those points, as some posts in this thread might suggest. The "it" in "Manafort didn't raise it" could use more precise definition.
