At some point, we cannot help you with the figure ground challenges making it impossible for you to see the hidden faces in the picture.

Eventually, the hidden faces will be jumping out screaming at you in neon-technicolor. Then you will look back and likely smack yourself on the forehead for being so blind.

Lots of things are easier to see in hindsight.
