What are your informed guesses about the 'much greater scandal?" It seems to me that there are a limited number of likely possibilities. And the odds are that the better informed among us have come across at least some hints of such--but perhaps not.

could be that [RR] signed off on FISA 4 to harvest a copy of previous 1,2,& 3 to collect as evidence?

or, could it be [RR] signed off on FISA 4 to entrap a dirty FISA judge??

You may well be right.

I'm hoping, though, that it is about a different topic with more startling, shocking revelations. I think folks are mostly bored stiff with the FISA thing. And, I think it is peanuts compared to the evil deeds of the oligarchy's stooges among the leadership of congress.
