I am using experience knowing there is a lot more unknown than is known.
My speculations were not written as fact. They were written to shoot down arguments that use public domain data to make conclusions.
Fact is missile technology on one delivery vehicle has application to other vehicles. My experience is that tech is used across many delivery systems.
