As I understand this, there are two incidents. One in Hawaii, one in Washington.
The one in Hawaii was a ?false? missile alert that allowed NSA records to be transferred stateside. I believe POTUS as in the air and landed in Hawaii.
The second one was missile launch after POTUS arrived in Singapore, possibly an attempt to start a war.
Just my understanding and this may have been covered already, I’m like two threads behind.

I have cleary laid out the flight path Trump took to singapore and it was no where near Washington state he was already in Singapore less than an hour after.
Why did POTUS depart Manila 30 min ahead of schedule?
Why is AF1 landing in Hawaii?
Does AF1 have in-air refueling ability?
