When Frank Sinatra was really young and skinny they were filming The Kissing Bandit (1949) and the staff said his extremely small rear end looked weird on film and so they had a costume guy design a padded rear end to wear under his pants. The costume guy yelled out “You know I can design one to put in his crotch , too.” Sinatra went nuts and three guys held him, laughing hysterically all the while.
