First of all, I'm a Catholic schoolgirl, so to me kilts are everyday apparel. And underwear is not optional.

Oh my my, everyday before school my mom would check to make sure I was wearing a slip and not my blue jean cutoffs. I'd pass her inspection, and then pull the shorts on on my way to school. Girls in slips don't play football and kickball and do cartwheels and handstands. Girls in slip were boring.
