So if he was trying to get the contents of the laptop to Wikileaks, it stands to reason that he has the contents, and that can be used as evidence in his trial.

I was thinking along these lines as well. It is also possible some/all of the child porn is the same as on the Weiner laptop but since Schulte possibly stored it on his server, he also is being charged and set up (on purpose?). Good points on this may be part of the discovery at his trial.
Also, U-Access kills, if it means Unauthorized-Access kills, I wonder if Seth Rich also got access to this info, given Schulte said many more people had access to his private server. If so, we'll find out in Schulte's trial discovery. Maybe this is also one of who Blackwater is protecting.
