***Mr. Giuliani seems to be confused. He expressly waived attorney client privilege last week***

As I understand it, only the client can waive the privilege; Giuliani can say that his client has instructed him to waive etc. ... Just my understanding.

thanks. who knows.

Two stories are being told by a lot of MSM

-Rudy's talking about it constitutes waiver
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/secretly-recorded-trump-cohen-tape-was-deemed-privileged-then-waved-by-white-house-report
"Effectively they waived privilege today by speaking about what was on the tape,” Fox said."

-Rudy actually waived
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-cohen-taping-me-inconceivable-totally-unheard-n893416
"Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani said that any attorney-client privilege claim over a recording of a phone call between Trump and Cohen has been waived.
"It was already out there so seemed no point in objecting except on principle," Giuliani said.""
