Most things don't resolve "clean and unequivocal." What matters from a political and historical perspective is what most people feel and believe. Mueller is a mixed bag now, with that 20 page anti-Mueller screed by a congressman, plus the other side claiming Mueller is a saint. Some people will always be in both camps. This war never ends.
The plan is that more people abandon or ignore Mueller's side.
