1) That scene is several years old, and clearly being filmed on a set. See the green screen?

2) Add twenty-five years, a beard and glasses, remove the lifts — the other proportions are correct.

I am not convinced yet it is Deniro, but i'll give it a 5% chance. and that is only cause of the Martin Scorsese looking glasses the guy in the Q post is wearing.
