At what age are “children” not children any more?

Well, when people ask me if I have any children I say "Yes", and they're in their thirties and forties. In one sense, all those who disappeared are children. Not that putting it that way would be good reporting.

I do the same thing, my children will always be "the children" 'tho they are middle age.....what I meant was How does the government or insurance companies see the age of 'children'...
