MOS means Mossad? I was wondering.
I assume that just as the CIA has had a lot of bad actors, Mossad and other like agencies have had that as well.

Mossad was my assumption. Q has said “Israel will be last”. Didn’t know we had issues with Mossad, but they may have a deep state, too. After all, they are trying to get rid of Bibi through attacks on his wife.
