Tucker said that Podesta was OFFERED immunity by Mueller. And that statement hasn't been debunked, has it?

Yes, offered is the word he used, you are correct. "Given" and offered are slightly different. If he accepts it, then it was given.

I agree, completely, it has not been debunked, especially given Tucker's later clarification that it was the D.C. trial, not the Virginia one.

I'm really looking forward to the D.C. case getting to the point where Mueller has to disclose this.
