Does anybody else find it troubling that the SEC is going to investigate Facebook for insider trading and Strzok's wife is the head of SEC investigations?

FISA = IMMEDIATE CONF OF ILLEGAL ACTS RE: SIGNERS.
FISA = IMMEDIATE CONF START OF HUSSEIN SPY CAMPAIGN TO RIG AN ELECTION WAS BASED ON FALSE INFO. Okay, this is a small one. But what does CONF mean here?
