In midst of ‘insurance policy’, this (SEC promotion) was in prime ‘never thought she could lose’ timeline & concurrent texts with the other people PS was communicating + plotting would likely be of high value to Huber.

I think he might have them (or somebody has them/NSA?) based off of getting FBI employee Strzok's texts.

I don't think Q would mention them if they weren't "in custody." Remember, they have everything.
