In Q#1543 --who is" the Man In The Moon"? Good question. He looks familiar, should know him, but can not come up with a name.
Interesting how you modified the image to show that face.
I got that image in 1543 from the Neon Revolt thread linked in 1543. Went to the thread and no hint on who he is.
