IIRC, a shocking number/percentage nationwide are NOT runaways.
Runaways are often enticed to run away by predators. I remember one of the Dem party freaks that James O’Keefe videoed who was involved in trying to create mayhem in DC at the inauguration time turned out to have been a pedo and involved in young teenage boy runaways, helping them etc.
