We speculated about it because of Horowitz’s cagey answers during the hearings about ongoing investigations but AFAIK this is the first we have seen the actual docs.

Well, if that Congressional criminal referral is a startling new revelation, I hope somebody posts it on the main FR boards. Let's see what the anti-Sessions/Q/Trump contingent has to say about that.
