I can have a horrid day filled with disappointments, pain, not being able to do a lot of the things I could do just months ago, and then I can have a great day where the birds are singing, the sky is blue and people are friendly and you know what...
No-matter what the day is I can come here to the Q thread and read what people are saying and laugh, think that what they say is okay and right or maybe they should wait a little longer before saying anything and my day is great if it's bad and greater if it's a great day...
Thank you all of you for the people you are and we should take a few moments to express how we feel, after going through what I have done the past few months, you never know when you won't be here to say it or the people you want to say it to are not here to see it...

Be kind, for everyone you meet is undergoing a great struggle.
Forgive today, because you may not be able to tomorrow. Same thing with asking forgiveness.
A little kindness to others may mean a lot to them. And the more kindness one gives, we find more in our heart, it grows the more you use it.
