The “dossier” came from Blumenthal & Shearer and then fanned out via State and came back via F-I/D-J - but according to Nunes, it didn’t go through official channels (because it was made up!)
In prior consideration of things ala latest drop, they are hinting that the world’s intel agencies have been abused. They used GHCQ to infiltrate + surveillance on Trump campaign - they’ve been doing it to anybody & everybody for a long time (what FISC ruled in 4/2017)
Then - the most relevant thing discussed on these threads in recent week - is that the bad guys have been using comms - ALLOWED to use comms - because they’re stupid and have been incriminating themselves big time. Now they (Brennan & Co.) get their wings clipped.
That fits in nicely with what Rex said (I posted above).
