Exactly how my dad described two of my daughters when they were little.
We once went to their home for a holiday dinner. The “cat like” preschooler walked past all the adults who were greeting her with big smiles and open arms. She completely ignored them, then saw my grandpa sitting quietly on the couch. He didn’t notice her until she climbed up and snuggled in next to him. Cat like, indeed.
LOL! Does that ever describe my #2 grandson. Of course, until I worked at it, I was one of those who got ignored.
