Congress is toothless. They cannot indict, arrest or inflict any punishments unless they are willing to defund an agency like the FBI. (Not gonna happen.) Remember: Holder thumbed his nose at their contempt citation in Fast & Furious.
The only role of Congress in all of this is to get on TV.
Understood yet what power do the people who requested the the document by the foia process have? I doubt they can arrest or indict anyone.
